Dear friends, as you know, we sold the assets of Pernix in the Spring of 2019. After taking a "Summer/Fall" break, I feel great and am now looking for the next interesting challenge(s). I would like to assist some small or medium-sized public or private companies by Board participation. Based upon my experience, I would consider opportunities to help restructure companies in need or assist Boards or CEOs that are considering restructuring options.
