The biggest joke is the stock price. When I first started PCRX was over $100, today its $28.80. That's abysmal, yet acceptable to the BODs. Accountability has always been missing. From Stack down. There's a reason that internally Pacira is not so affectionately called, "Pa-silo." The plan stinks.The leadership stinks. The pipeline stinks.

ive never seen a company more resistant to “effective change” than Pacira. It’s the blind leading the blind as far as leadership goes. And when the incentive to make “effective change” has been thrown in the trash…well, people don’t work for free. Maybe you do. But 99.9% of people don’t. As far as leaving, sure that’s an option. But what does that say about the culture of a place when leaving is the first option on the table? Says it’s dog $hit.

DS and DG need to get the boot along with all their clueless minions. That’s the only way to change this dump.
