I know prollenium isn’t professional, but that is kind of expected for them. But the way archimed has handled Ario’s departure is a mess. Feels like archimed and prollenium’s board is run by rookies who keep making stupid mistakes that will bring prollenium down to 0 value.

Don’t have much faith in Archimed, because their results speak for themselves, but I hope their list of who’s next is long and includes the entire ELT.

Good list. These are the people who have caused damage to the company and its reputation. Some because they are dirty and corrupt; others like niv, sanjay and hr because they have no idea what they are doing and how to run a business - useless excel people.
However, I don’t think anything will change as archimed is not brave enough to pull the trigger.
I am not the OP, but the list is good so I will give you my reasons.
Mark - dirty man, who has damaged the company and revanesse’s reputation. Has no integrity and treats employees like crap. And fires any employee who dares to speak up.
Jeff- lazy, lazy, lazy and super dumb. Complains about everything but doesn’t lift a finger. Hires agencies to do his work. Has provided us with no support.
Tony - just because I am tired of seeing his hands in women’s bums.
Pierre - because he is the king of off-label promotion and steals business from the reps with his stupid fake introduction letters
Kait - another lazy one who is power hungry, but totally clueless. Was super dirty when in sales and spends company money like it grows on trees.
Andrea Koehler - the big imposter. Has no idea what she’s doing but speaks with authority and barks at people. Allows shady mark to do his funny businesses and sets up all sorts of accounts. Has no clue about engineering and is killing manufacturing.
Niv - what has he done since joining other than creating jobs for his finance friends. Who in turn make it impossIble for us to sell without their out of touch payment terms. Thinks he can run the company because he knows excel.
Cynthia & Denisha - similar reasons as Pierre; dirty tactics
KB - her events are tacky and she only cared about pleasing Mark and Jeff. Horrendous with the rest of the team
Sanjay - has no clue about what he is doing. Can’t get anything done on time, does not support sales and hides behind Niv’s tower of power
HR - what HR?
Colin - doesn’t do anything for the biggest business and we still don’t have shape approved. He blames tim and denis but takes no ownership and ignores the fact that he has been here for a long time
Nancy - not a bad person, but plays along with the dirty players, which makes her dirty too
One name missing from this list is Tim. Definitely a major source of internal toxicity, power-hungry, abusive, and played a big role in the Shape mess.

Don’t know him well, but do tell about the toxicity because I have only seen him at nsms. Now i am curious..
Yeah, he seems nice at NSMs, but I’ve seen him make people cry. Heard plenty about the toxic stuff too, super controlling, takes credit, and constantly plays people against each other.
Number 3 on the list should be Archimed including Brian Sheridan, the bent lawyer. They brought on this mess.
Archimed was really stupid- first by buying the company and not looking into details and not realizing they were not buying the building and second for firing Ario the way they did and ignoring the fact that he (and not prollenium or archimed) owns the building.
Not to mention what they did to the company - stopped r&d, cut reps’ commissions, destroyed the culture, managed by excel sheets… what a disgrace.
Remember when they bought the company and said that they differentiate themselves from other private equity companies because they respect and partner with founders. Does anyone have a recording of that call? It was with the other brit, not the lawyer.
