Spot on. Ask all the mid-level VP's that got canned right before Christmas about no notice. LC is ruining the lab business and the insurers and politicians are letting it happen because they all own LC stock!
Also considering interviewing for a sales position. How are commissions structured? I’ve interviewed w/ several smaller private LS co’s and ekra has them all scared to death. But in almost every one of my interviews, they’ve made some flippant comment like “only LCA and Quest don’t care about ekra and still pay reps on % of volume/rev b/c they own the politicians”. Is that sour grapes or are LCA/Quest just too big to fail @ this point?
EKRA is BS and will never hold up in court. They tried to prosecute 1 rep and they won in court. ERKA states that lab sales refers samples to Labs. That is complete BS. A sales rep does not write any orders and is a W2 employee of a lab. The law was worded wrong and when they use it is against non-lab employees.
