Does your contract pay bonus, either by sales performance or by metrics? How does it align with the clients bonus structure or is it the same as their employees?
I was on 3 contracts with Ashfield/Inizio. 1st one was no bonus and very short only 6 months, 2nd was bonus on sales and we were the only sales team, so don't know what they pay their Reps now as that contract ended. 3rd one was metrics based and no, the contract Reps didn't make as much in pay or bonus as the client reps did. Nor did we get rolled over.

Genentech contract for Inside Sales, which no longer exists , had a $20,000 per year potential for Bonus. It was paid quarterly,$5,000 at 100%. Pay started at $65,000/yr in 2022 and increased to about $72,000-73,000,when it ended.
