Reps at other companies make more than "Managers" here. It doesn't matter. Unless you are in their "group" you won't get hired anyway. They all moved from company to company together and only either promote their friends or hire their former reps. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. That's why they haven't been able to sell it in 3 years.

what are they doing that makes it a lawsuit? They just hired like 25 reps in an expansion..they cant be doing too bad if they’re putting out the money for more rep salaries..
They are saying you have no shot at becoming a manger here because you are not part of their "click". They only hire their people. Yes they are expanding but it is only to make them more appealing to someone looking to buy. Padding the number.
BS remake more money. There are a couple of reps that do, the majority do not.
