I hear from tenured successful reps that their manager is willing and eager to ride with and help close deals. Is this common or are most unwilling to leave their house? I've asked on multiple occasions and they refuse to leave their house. Stating," That's what I hired you for." I know I sound lame but it does help the new rep to have tenured reps and managers at closing appointments. Please advice. Thanks
