Jerry left uncharacteristically sudden. Never thought that would be how he moved on. Can't be a performance thing as the letter mentioned no issues. Seems like a Big Pharma move to get old white men out, strip them of their earned retirement benefits and promote their DE&I agenda that puts less experienced but lower priced people into important roles.

Takeda is a joke. Been working there for almost a year. I can't believe the things I see and hear on a daily basis. This isn't even a real pharma/biopharma company. It's a big joke. Compared to the actual pharma companies I used to work for, Takeda is a micky mouse joke. The DEI shit is vile, even by pharma standards. Pathetic. Looking to leave ASAP.

Takeda is a joke. Been working there for almost a year. I can't believe the things I see and hear on a daily basis. This isn't even a real pharma/biopharma company. It's a big joke. The word is finally out. The termination was due to "Inappropriate relations" with senior staff that determined promotions and bonuses. Grooming of female staff was involved. Heard that's how Christina B. received her promotion without any qualifications. Guess the whole Jerry good guy thing was just a cover for what was really going on. Very sad and explains why it wasn't communicated out.
