Good for you. You are 100% correct. Some are trying to get out but the jobs that are out there aren't any better. Or there are no jobs out there. Or they are waiting for stocks to vest. Each person has the reasons for staying. But on the whole your goal should be trying to find a way to leave this place

Really man? You don't work here anymore but you still troll the company board in CP?

And to answer your question... I make six figures to work 4 hours a day and when they lay me off and my stocks vest I will make another six figures. I would have to be boarderline retarded to leave and make an extra 40-50k in the short term at another company.
