What in the world is wrong with GSK?

As a very dedicated GSK rep it’s getting more and more difficult to use my character to cover for the lack of support and stupid mistakes this company consistently makes. Complaining is not the answer to the problems but this company needs to own their shortfalls. Some things there are just no excuse. My advice to this company if they want to survive is to be who they say they want their sales force to be. Communication is major problem and they emphasize that when it comes to teamwork!!! Preparation is another. Your sales people cannot lead the way without the timely available resources. I’m devastated at what I see from the leadership and if the customer knew what really existed beyond the rep of character it would be embarrassing and not deserve respect at all. I see an organization that is foolish and sleeping at the wheel and you need to get it together because there are only so many things your sales reps can do to cover you stupidity and poor management and leadership. You end a meeting about staying on the WACA and this means the leadership team also. We cannot be what we need for the patient and succeed as a company unless EVERYONE is on the WACA and in it to win!!!! I cannot do my best for the patient everyday if you don’t wake up and do your part also. Communication, resources and preparation is key to success so get with it GSK leadership!!!! Are you on the WACA to with or not ?

Relax, take the day off to rest and get ready for the next 30 days to 4 months. You aren’t saving anyone from RSV until the fall. Go sell your other products if you want to have an impact on a Friday.

Whats high strung about accountability?? Im paid to work even of its friday. Some people work friday. If gsk was not prepared for reps to work friday then again why didnt they communicate it. This leadership doesnt take responsibility for their suboptimal leadership. I wonder what the new zealand athlete would say if she could see how the leadership has poor communication and not on top of their game. How disgraceful and disgusting
 


The problem is that it's run by a clueless woman whose only qualification is that she's a woman. Then she filled her management team with other clueless women whose only qualification is that they are women. The kind of people who think that bringing Facebook into the workplace would have employees throwing roses at their feet.

You are a good soldier. Good for you. Still high strung. Activity doesn’t equal results so I hope you can actually contribute most days, but one day isn’t going to make or break GSK, so again life is short, you work for peanuts and GSK makes billions. Relax for a day it will be ok.
 


The best thing you could do for your patients would be to end it all! You provide zero value what so ever! You are a freaking rep!! A caterer! Delivery driver! That BA in communications doesn’t make you a medical wizard! Just another under achiever!

you sound like someone who has no idea how the FDA approval process works for resources! In the south we call you, dumber than rocks. You deliver Starbucks and Panera bread for a living.

You're not wrong! EW has been in over her head since day 1 and she shows no signs of improving.

GSK leadership has been ineffective for many years. When the big downsizing happened 5 years ago, I assumed those senior leaders finally “got it”, and would work on getting back to the strong culture that was so successful at GW or SKB. Employees really loved those companies and were proud to work there, and that led to company success. I don’t think anyone loves GSK, and most are hoping for the next layoff and buyout
