ASR's are "interns"...think of ASR's as level 1 associates at law firms. You're the full line rep's "apprentice" aka bitch. They'll ask you to master a few products and eventually give you a small and under developed portion of their accounts for you to manage. Good luck.

Gotcha thanks! The position I'm interviewing for is SR not ASR. I have no previous medical device or OR exp haha so not sure how I will make out. But it's worth a shot
