Got an interesting call this morning from someone I worked with years ago. He asked me if I knew (insert name) that is a manager at Hikma. I said yes, that is my manager! My friend said this person reached out to him via LinkedIn, asking hime if his company was hiring managers....

Management is horrible, almost antagonistic to the employees. morale is in the toilet, more people leaving and they can't hire anybody to fill the roles because of their bad policies and nobody working here is evil enough to rope a friend into this shitshow

New Secretary of HSS RFK Jr’s promises on day 1 he will be to put LC & the Syneos sales director on a 30 day PIP. They put this contract down that drain. How’s your IC? Totally miscalculated with false data and reversals. Reps getting screwed out of IC and trips. No more laptops to save money? Don’t listen or believe a word from management. They are lost!
