Nope, not Tommy. I still work here. Makes you wonder who will get the ax next. First support, then QA and the the labs. Wonder if they will do it on a Friday like they usually do?
 


Try counting all of the people who have left since the last post about Tommy Lewis. Fired, driven off, left for other (hopefully better) labs.

It does make you wonder if it is worth hanging on until they change bus drivers.
 


More people gone this week.....they continue to replace the old timers with new people...that saves money but you just lost all of that corporate knowledge and experience.

Go PW gut the company and them blame who is left because it is broken.
 






Pull your head out of the sand.....every egotist who has run this place has had an entourage of ass kissing dead wood.

Tim and Rob are no different from the the wig, bobo the clown, littly rickey, horney robber and billy underpants....to name a few.

Those big salaries make the difference between a profitable and nonprofitable EBITA.

All of the little twigs and brances of dead wood add up too......just think of all of the support people who would not get up from their own vomit to help you......they do everything they can to stand in your way and make it impossible to change AAI for the better.

Dysfunctional and getting worse thanks to PW.

For the first part, "leadership" and its (small) entourage, you are right. For the second part, "support", rather grossly exaggerated. If you have ever seen a big pharma, then there you will find armies of unresponsive “support”.

EBITDA became an issue since Darvon. Bankers sunk their teeth, and they do not let go. Leadership since then was simply sub pare, at the very least. Financiers/business-majors become the third rate intelligence people…
 


Darvon??? That was three CEOs and two companies ago, you might just as well drag up conjugated estrogens and Neosan or Endeavor.

Our problem is the work drying up and the current crappy management.

Correct. After the slow building of the company by a physical chemist, we had a salesman (Tabinner), a microbiologist (imposed by Goldman Sacks after bankruptcy, diverting the resources to building another clinical trials Quantiles...), to a chemist (for 6 months only), and now, now to a business-major, whose understanding of the business starts and ends to the (in)famous "many moving parts"!... Who has a miserable “organic chemist”, with attention deficit disorder and a boorish upbringing, who is afraid to ever talk to any client and solve any real problem, as his "shock troops", into occupying and terrorizing the employees. Who is going to take any reasonable risks, in any context, to solve any real clients problems? For two years now the employees are swelling the health insurance claims from psychotropic drugs, just to keep their mental health from sinking to oblivion. Viva la “Harvard MBAs” that govern that sorry “company” of private equity wolves.
 


I just wish the coffee maker downstairs worked. When I hit the button for cappuccino with sugar guess what I get? Sugar water with ants. OK? How do you think that makes me feel? I was just as disappointed as I was when the tent meeting was cancelled. I wanted to go to that meeting and hear about what an outstanding company I work for and what an outstanding group of people I work with. When I accepted my job offer I thought my life would be as good as cappuccino with sugar but what did I get? Some bland sugar water with ants.
 






This place is on its last leg. The continued release of personnel has to tell you our financial situation. This management group has destroyed the company and every employee with it.

We are NOT on our last leg.. We are trying to balance on our dicks. This is what all World Class companies do to their employees. Wake up and realize that there many companies fighting over who will pay the most money for aai.
 


Not true, no one wants to buy this turd. The CRO market place is very crowded and the weak are going to be weeded out.

Pat's former company (Irvine) is bidding at cut throat prices to stay alive. The big boys like Covance, Catalent, PPD and Lancaster (Eurofins) are all feeling the pressure to cut costs and increase EBITA.

The difference between them and AAI is that we borrowed money to build the new lab and to buy Celsus....just servicing the interest on that note is eating up the company. Leverage is a thing of the past but it is all the current crop of clowns know how to do. Lee, George and Nick were fiscally responsible they argued against spening money we did not have and were kicked out, so was Phillipe for not wanting to cook the books.

ANYONE WHO BUYS THIS TURD INHERITS $30+MM OF DEBT.....any takers? anyone?

Waterstreet will not be able to shine this turd up and flip it to get their money, so they will write it off as a loss.

Oh and duh, that happened before but with a different pack of liars and fools in charge. For those of you who have been here long enough to remember the bankruptcy; think about how much fun that was.

Guess what happens next.

In the mean time learn to kiss ass so we can get another payday....I love my job, I love my job!

Jeez I wish I was blind so I could not see it all happen AGAIN. Poor LC has to deal with the silver surfer dickhead and the dimutive dumb ass every day...it is like watching a kid be abused by Jeffrey Dahlmer. And people wonder why someone goes postal, go figure.
