I guess things are so bad they couldn't wait for the lack of an IC to drive out the bottom 100 reps.100 CAPS?!

Corrective Action Plan. The steps are: Counsel, Written Warning, Probation, Termination. Not sure how likely it is they jump right to termination. Sam I Am has our region goal at 1.3 scripts a week.
They already have a hiring freeze for rep territories yet are still hiring for managers. Forcing out good reps trying to sell a shit drug is the crappy way out for Kowa. They clearly don’t care about the reputation of the company since now it is literal shit.This is true. DMs are giving out the quarterly district average goal that everyone in the district needs to meet. If not met they sit down with the manager and go over a CAP plan. Basically they want to run off the bad reps without firing them or doing a lay off. Most districts turnovers are high already. THEY SHOULD JUST DO A HIRING FREEZE. THE REPS THAT LEFT DONT HIRE THAT TERRITORY AREA BACK AND LET THE CURRENT REP HAVE A BIGGER TERRITORY BECAUSE THE TERRITORIES ARE TOO SMALL NOW. How can you see 10 plastic surgeons in one day…heck it’s impossible to even get in front of 1.
Not a thing of value will happen in Phoenix. Nothing that couldn’t be done on teams. If we are so pressed for money that we have to force reps out instead of paying out severance with a layoff, they should cancel the meeting and save the money. Nothing normal or respectable happens here anymore though.
