It's no different than at any other company. At the moment, there is a lot of bad PR about Mylan. Epipen response was a disaster. As it is with any company, the manager is the difference maker. Some drink Kool-Aid. Some tell you how it is. I will say this, there are claims of an open door policy and a willingness to listen. This is so caught up in a bureaucracy of a flowchart, it's difficult to believe. You MUST have tough skin to work here because the smart and intuitive difference makers aren't rewarded. The lucky are rewarded. This doesn't mean you will not be one of the lucky from time to time. I am lucky sometimes. Others, I am smart and intuitive. I see both sides. But I am always in the top 25% of the sales force. You will see there is a great mantra preached. It is not universally followed at all levels.
