Odd teleconference on Friday. Losing at least 2 high performing sales people in recent months, MS decided to review why our compensation package is among the leaders in the industry. What? Wait, say that again Matt?? Add self delusion to his list of dysfunctional attributes. Bill and Matt are in way over their head, constantly turning their head on reality and selling each other on why they can effectively lead a dying business unit. I am out of here at the beginning of next year and I hope everyone can recognize the music is coming from the band on the deck of the Teva Titanic.
