What is salary range for expansion?

Being on board feels good, there’s always a lot of back-and-forth negotiation, I gotta say that ending up with a big chunk of equity options has some vulnerability but also a lot of potential. The stock doesn’t need to do a whole lot over the next couple years for folks like myself to hit a huge payday, and for that I am grateful. I was able to get in the top third of the salary range, and overall I feel pretty good, looking forward to making things happen in ‘24. I’ve heard training is pretty tough, but I’m ready for it.

Your Equity options are worthless now and will be worthless 3 years from now.

Dude, base is about 130 but frankly, the big time $i is going to be with the options-I had a chance to go down and base salary with more options and I took that gamble. I think it’s gonna work out well.

When you get, laid off, downsized, fired the options will be worth nothing and you will have far fewer.
You got screwed...

Worthless options. And will be worthless 5 years from now but company will be put up for rummage sale. Do you think you can sell your wife in working in Syria S thats where part of the company will end up. Good luck. Brush up on the Koran and dress code.

Does anyone know what the expansion plans look like for the rest of the year? I applied a bit late for the last wave, I was told there may be another round of hiring in the second half, and I’m trying to be ahead of the curve this time. Also, is there a car provided or an allowance? Thanks

You can’t be serious. Most of the team isn’t making a bonus this quarter. What makes you think there’ll be an expansion. This has to be a troll post

Thanks Anthony for checking in. This is a disaster of a company run by schmucks. Nobody can sell and the CEO and marketing dept are all Scientifically Hired Incompetents. No big payday coming. All talk and no action.
