He is decent to work for? Rumor is that he presents as arrogant and seems to be rejecting a lot of qualified people. I have friends interviewing..... should I be warning them that he may be difficult to work for?
Well he lost 4 reps and no one at the company seems to be looking into why that happened. Heard he's all about himself. Also heard he's not much interested in being a manager. Must have something on someone at the company as no one is asking why 4 reps chose to leave working for him. No substance.
Agreed, he is a good guy. The 4 left for much bigger base and I believe 3 of them were hired at Genzyme by the former Teva manager so that is a factor.
