Yes we make some money for working hard but why is that toxic behavior is not only tolerated, but encouraged and promoted while honesty is belittled?

Look around people, we have some bad, bad people in leadership.

The bad managers who stay are having their “D’s” sucked as they drink bourbon, go to concerts, and many drinking/dinners with the younger reps. And then, they post their bad behaviors on social media. Way to hang yourself. And you are correct, the more toxic you are, the more they like you at Horizon.
