Commitment is an important tool for moving our lives forward, and it works better with trust. When we see the resources staff and others are not to be trusted, we are held back by fear and it is difficult to move forward.

Wishing you the very very best of yourself,
All my love.

Human resources is a term used to describe the individuals who make up the workforce of an organization.

There is a whole bunch of mistaken beliefs in Human resources, with a default bias and a slightly negligent breach of a non-material contractual obligation.

One major concern about considering people as resources or assets or is that they will be commoditized and abused.

The differences in performance are explained by differences in decision making. It has been observed that three-women teams are less aggressive in their policy strategies, invest less in Employee development, and invest more in social sustainability initiatives ( for their Group/Team ,within the company ) than does any other gender combination. The same group (Only women) also tend to invest more time and money in social /charity initiatives than does any other gender combination. The Operating efficiencies on a larger perspective are always compromised as the group develops a tendency to deviate from their primary roles to penny savers in order to exemplify the group’s presence, within the Organization.

There will be manning adjustments but not massive layoffs in canada therefore we can get by the corporate law of a 0 day warn period. These will be smaller and targeted with little or no lead time.

The Human resources are the managers always promoting a solution which is EASIEST for them, using the minimal HUMAN resources at the expense of the company to manage the risk of survival.

How does feedback affect performance? A Organization in which workers are paid piece rates for Rewards (Overtime) and management begins to reveal to employees their relative position in the distribution of pay and productivity.
Are workers' incipient concerns about their relative standing activated by information about how they are performing relative to others?
The research find that employees are de-motivated by such information. The insight for management:
Merely providing this information leads to a large and long-lasting decrease in productivity that is an enormous cost to the company.
