The marketing has been bad since Jermey was elevated to Director and now VP but his is way worse than it has ever been. This is an all time low for Cologuard and Exact Sciences.
 
This is shameful and so wrong. Even if Kevin won't step in, how could Sarah Condella allow for this type of communication in the market associated with Cologuard and Exact.

This is an all time LOW! If Jermey thinks this type of communication is ok, someone should give him an attitude adjustment.
 
This campaign and whoever created it are just more examples of how women are seen here. Take the black angle out of it, and explain how anyone things this is right. Although we have proven we will do anything to exploit poor people (FQHCs) and minorities with the goal of trying to close the cavern that poor sales leadership allowed. It’s PATHETIC if a black female employee as mentioned above is involved in putting it out, but the unfortunate facts are that exploiters are exploiters regardless of shared or diverse racial backgrounds. This would be considered racial profiling through advertising if we were selling cigarettes or liquor, which are also exploiting the black population. Kevin I am calling for you to take down this ad immediately and for those involved in its creation to be trained on correct diversity initiatives.

DEI is dead thank goodness. People should be hired based on skills and competency for the position and nothing else. These last few years have been a show! A new day has dawned.
