What the crunk KC


Hiring Lil Jon to rewrite his controversial song "Get Low" seems like a misstep on multiple levels. This decision might leave the women working there feeling demoralized. It reflects a blend of poor taste and desperation, which often leads to failure—something KC seems to excel at. It's frustrating to see millions brought in on his behalf while three-quarters of the sales team aren't even earning bonuses. It's a display of greed.
 
IMHO, the Lil John campaign Get Low #2 is the first relevant marketing campaign this company has ever come up with to reach the younger 45-49 demographic. Those of you who say that the company is "pandering" to blacks with this campaign are absolutely clueless. People love the videos, whether they are black, white, yellow, purple, men, women, non-binary or whatever because they are funny, have a great beat, are catchy, etc. If you don't like the videos then maybe it is you who is the racist?

As a shareholder watching the stock price go down the tubes, apparently due in large part to salespeople who apparently sit at home or in their cars making fake sales calls all day because they supposedly can't get into any doctor's offices, I am appalled. From reading these forums, it sounds like many of you, along with your managers/supervisors, need to be let go, and the outside sales force moved inside to work on care-gap, health systems, etc. Shareholders are not going to continue paying hundreds of millions of dollars a year for an outside sales force which spends its time faking sales calls and bitching on anonymous online forums. If you are not generating a positive return for the Company, either do something about it or find a new job!

Reading these forums it sounds like all the sales reps do is report fake sales calls all day because they don’t have access to doctor’s offices, and that most of the commercial team management needs to be replaced, and outside sales reps either moved in-house to work on care-gap/health systems, or simply let go. Shareholders are not going to put up with continuing to spend hundreds of million per year on an outside sales force that spends all its time faking sales calls and bitching online. If you are not being productive either do something about it or leave the Company!

If you think the company isn't hitting goals because of a few lousy and miserable sales reps who post on here, think again. It's the minority by far.

It will continue to underperform, in my opinion, because the expectations are set too high for a 10 year old product that is saturated in markets were reps can talk to providers. Growing something this old 20% that's over a billion a year and 10 years old - and will have competition coming- will be next to impossible

You know the actual campaign name, huh? I’m assuming by shareholder you mean a shareholding employee of marketing department… loser
