What to expect of the session q's?












They get down to the nitty gritty
If a manager rates his employee as "excellent" yet all the justifications are things that the rep should be doing everyday anyway, it's....sorry that should be a "Meets Expectations" they should be seeing so many clients a day....etc....etc...
they basically have to justify the ratings they give people. I've heard some DSM's really get grilled.
