What's going on? Really

Heard some pretty grim rumors from some very reliable people. Sounds like we will be a much smaller company sooner rather than later and are now fulfilling contract terms for Symproic. I think we can sell this drug, but it's going to take time. Based on Purdue's history, anyone think we'll have this drug for longer than one year??

I haven't officially heard this but I am looking at this realistically. The only reason to have the blue team is to fulfill whatever contract terms were negotiated. The red team is in the best spot at least for now in my opinion. The only team to sample the new product. The blue team is in a "support" only role now...we no longer sell and once we really look at the call decks...the red team has most of the symproic targets exclusively. The Purple team is toast well before the end of the year. The blue team may survive a while but basically to fulfill the terms of the contract.

But, Red team will end up making less money because Symp will be hard to launch at first anyway. No coverage at all. If Blue counterpart has better business and they have to choose one person, will Blue with better business be retained??? I don't trust these people at all. But, I will say, I am encouraged by mgmt shake up and with Craig coming in for Pres. Let's hope Marv K the metrics guy gets booted out on his ass. Marketing was not part of the solution, and we don't need a guy who is anal about metrics and not realistic about the market. Please, could we get Phil Cramer back?

Marv K knew that his marketing sucks and there is no way his team can help achieve Hys goals, so to hide his incompetence he is throwing SF under the bus on back of R+F. I say we hit all R+F goals this quarter and see if we sell more. If not he should be booted out and we get a full time VP who can really get things done.

I was once with Purdue but am glad to be gone, it sounds horrible! I heard you will not be focusing on pain anymore and the focus will be on the new drug. Is that true?
