I have many assumptions. Let's start with the number one question.. Why are the numbers just not there?

Because the larger labs are not getting paid on these ridiculous panels they are creating. I say we go to smaller labs!

Reps need more control over their business and their territory. If managed care isn't an option, give us more control and flexibility on setting up direct accounts.

This company is becoming pure pharma. Everything most of us hated about our previous employers and the reason why we left. We don't need more marketing materials, we need coverage. We don't need micro management, we need better relationships with lab partners. We don't need pharma style presentations, we need to have conversations.

Amen to all of this!! Phil and Ken will singlehandedly bring it to it's knees within 6 months. The earnings call should be quite humorous.
