What do you really think the future of this Company is? I have been a rep here 2 yrs and my bonus is going down the goals are unattainable? My Doc's are tired of tossing me favors to fill these overpriced scripts? I hear that Texas is finally waking up and not paying for the overpriced suprax how long before this game gets shut down. Are we any different than compound pharmacies charging $1000 for Lidocaine cream.

The future is bleak. None of the line extensions are coming close to what they planned. Alinia goals are not going to be met by over 96% of reps! And this is the season for it. Chewable Suprax is doing nowhere near the business they hoped it would. If we have jobs at the end of the year, I'll be shocked!
 
You would think tenured managers, regional directors and vice presidents would be able to execute better. they have not been able to acquire any decent drugs. What are the backgrounds of the current leadership. They could get some fresh blood in the waters and save this sinking ship. It seems that there is no accountability for lack of direction and performance at the top management positions.

Its sad when well paid leaders are phoning it in. These guys are just over their head, totally defeated. I don't blame them they are just in positions that require more intelligence, experience and aptitude than they possess.
