Why was the new CEO hired? Look at his past work history..he was brought in to wind down this company and save as much revenue as possible for a quick sale. If you contiune to stay and the company is either sold or folds there is a law that requires the company to pay you a severence package that is the good news for you all. This whole industry is changing,what we do now will change radically in the next 2 years. Really do not need representation of the product in the field, most will turn to patient centered advocacy and medical information from a non-sales force.

The ax came down today. Bye bye JK. Chhaya Shah to lead HR? She treats people like they are beneath her! Belittles in front of others. Puts you down in meetings. Comon people, who thinks thats going to work? An HR ticking time bomb to lead HR? Lawsuits to come out of that move that’s for sure. I always felt sorry for those on her current team. Now she’s got Hr and IT! Lol

The West led by someone with no experience in this space and is pretty much old school pharma. RE in the east, cant wait to see him work in NY. Good luck with that.
