When will Ann Arbor throw in the towel on this mess . Huge failed launch. Scripts are weak!

Honestly has anyone been involved in a launch this bad? If we had produced these kinds of numbers Merck, GSk , Pfizer, Amgen would have 90% of the Esperion team on a PIP right now. RD's at head of the list. Inexcusable incompetence and poor selling skills involved.
 


We only have 300 employees. Why is there even a board on here? We are the worst performing sales force in Pharma. An army of misfits who were bottom of the barrel and landed here at the bottom.
 




But...have to admit, Scientifically Hired now Lipid Trained Experts, did receive a 3 month, fully paid vacation.

Not bad.

If Qrt.2 #'s are bad...then I would look for the Scientifically Hired to scramble around for self preservation. Time for plan B.

There will be much infighting, back stabbing, political postering to keep as every Scientific Hire trys to keep their job.Much like the activity Over has been doing the last couple of months. Cursing, Name calling and bullying. Scientific hires...Over has lead the way.
 






What this tells us the RD's did simply an awful job in screening reps. They poached a ton of information ( remember them frantically writing down everything you said?) Also all the recording devices in interview rooms. And with all this they still bought a line of BS from reps that they were best of the best despite many being in bottom 30% of their PCSK9 company or other pharma company. So this leads everyone to believe that The Scientific Interview Process was a failure. Why are these RD's still employed here. Any other company heads would be rolling . What secured you a job was saying you could bring 100's and 1000's of scripts per week. Could this launch gone any worse. The Scientific Process has failed !! Nice job Ann Arbor and RD's.

I believe that scripts will improve with the combo. Still will have issues with Med D coverage that have high copays.
The reason that there are so many negative posts the Managers , RD , Sales leadership were not professional during the interview process. There were a lot of reps that did not get the job, but do not steal business plans, steal speaker lists and thought leader information, and so on. The managers were very unethical during the interviews and utilized reps and wasted their time knowing that they were not getting offers.

Managers told reps you are my only candidate for that territory , took them out to lunch before the interviews and told then you will get an offer only to take their business plan and discard them like trash. I hope all the reps do well but the facts are the facts , if you got the job you do not know the way others were treated.

The Managers were trying to cover up their incompetence. Shows the Integrity of these Clowns.

This will not come back.

If it wasn't for Covid..this whole charade would have been exposed earlier...as is it may take a qtr. or two.
 


It's really been disgraceful how this launch has panned out. Lots of boasting from sales the first two months of launch and now at mens of June most territories are below 10 scripts YTD. Ann Arbor continues to twiddle their thumbs and the RD's are displaying the incompetence they brought to the table. Really a mess out there.
