Not at Esperion. The RD's are supposed to be the Emperors of Lipid Experts. They stole everyones business plan at interviews and they still have failed . How isn't none have been fired yet. Have you seen the national script numbers?? Esperion on track to do about $ 400,000 in sales this year. How big is lipid market in general? Weren't these the people that said they could bring in thousands of scripts per week and had amazing relationships ok ships??
 


This is not good.
Is there anything the Scientifically Hired, Lipid Experts can do ?
Is there any Clinical discussion with Physicians that will move this ?
Are the Regional Directors able to use their titles to impress the Physicians ?
Would more ride alongs with the inspirational Regional Directors help ?
Would yelling, bullying and putting Scientifically Hired on PIP's help ?
Would CB,posting a morale posting help ?

We need ideas....

Just keep CB busy at the buffet tables. The Lipid Experts are fumbling,stumbling and the RD's are impressing nobody. This has been a complete mess.
 


this is how we know you don't work here shit ass. CB is actually pretty good and resourceful. He has helped us get some traction. He knows a lot of providers up here. So go back to your netflix movie jerk off.

Oh so CB knows some providers . Is the same CB that was handling all the clamoring from doctors and fielding their calls at the start of the launch? How did that work out ?? You aren't pricey to the script numbers OVER. Go back to licking toilet seats at rest stops on the interstates. CB is worthless and weak. All the districts are performing poorly. No disputing this. Over is a pimple on the ass of Cafepharma. Were laughing at you OVER.

Please can someone tell us if they've seen or been involved in a worst launch. This is one for the record books. Harvard Business Review will be following up with a publication. We couldn't have done it without the Scienticic Process Hires and now Lipid Experts.
 




The Scientific Hiring process was a bust.

OVER spewing and cursing is but one example of the failed Scientific process.

Lipid experts ? Can't have a clinical discussion.

Worst launch? Yes.

Resounding strategy of what not to do.

Also all the recording devices in interview rooms. And with all this they still bought a line of BS from reps that they were best of the best despite many being in bottom 30% of their PCSK9 company or other pharma company. But we have Scientifically hired, now Lipid trained experts. We also have the best Regional Directors in Pharma.
Please don't tell us this is a failure.

Qtr 2 #'s will be good. I hope.
