Salesforces is terrible. Be heard needs to be gone. The IC plan is terrible. There is no confidence in the numbers that they are showing us. The reporting is terrible.
Good thing most of us love the patients because we are frustrated.
 






IC data is terrible because your team has no idea what’s evolving in the channel or any relationships to get insight and understand…. There’s a massive shift in data sourcing /reporting across multiple entities and your team has no idea… perhaps it’s by design to stifle IC payouts. Good luck in your continued struggle, you have failed miserably to this point.
 






They do not care about sales. The meetings were for show. People who can’t sell or manage always revert back to focusing on their latest set of metrics that don’t drive sales. Jim Johnson has sucked the life out of the East and many are looking to move on. They ruined this company.
 










Jim Johnston is the absolute worst. Everyone on the East team is miserable. The micromanaging is at an all time high. The culture sucks here that is why I am giving notice this week.
 




We need to go back to what was working. When we were able to not have the metrix and were able to do what was right for our territory.
What is being asked does not make sense and is big pharma mentality.

How can one be confident you can do what’s right for territory when you can’t spell. It’s Metrics…
 


This place sucks…. The leadership is all over the place on direction and not on the same page.
My manager says one thing, sends emails saying something else and puts in my FCR something else. That shows they don’t have confidence in the direction either.
They have completely not forcasting correctly,
They have lied about the money when we were hired on. Examples would be placing caps on retention bonus, removing the stocks that were issued and having unachievable goals.
Not motivated at all and very disappointed with the direction of the company.
I’m holding on and hoping that it changes but currently I have no confidence in any of it.
 


FCRs are terrible. KAMs that have been high performers in areas might have well been told they suck..This new system of writing an FCR is terrible. We don’t all suck… add that the reporting is terrible and we are being held accountable to individual goals even though it should be “one Braeburn”.
Who is in charge is this?
It’s terrible how unmotivating is between bad forecasting, bad data, bad leadership.
