Headley was the face of Spectrum and still has many loyalists within the ranks. He brokered the deal with Quest which was about to be signed before WCAS came in at the last minute.
Solstas has flirted with jumping into the Chicago market and is very much in play to be bought by Quest. Preemptive move by Quest in Chicago. You may still see NH back in GBO after all.
I keep seeing stuff posted about DLI not being paid out. I talked to a few of the DLI folks at Disney last year and got the frustration level on Weavie backtracking on not shifting jobs (billing and customer service) out of Valdosta.

They've deviated from the original payment schedule and continually feed spoonful after spoonful of "It's the IRS's fault". Not our problem, you made the schedule, if you couldn't stick to it, you shouldn't have made that promise.
I guess if they don't have that ESOP to show as an asset, they can't continue to buy up more companies and run them into the ground.
Oh they shifted the billing jobs out of Valdosta and I can see why this company will go belly up within 24 months if they don't do something FAST. The billing department in NC can't tell their head from a hole in the ground. Longtime customers of DLI are leaving left and right because NC doesn't know how to properly submit insurance claims and would rather threaten the patients with nasty letters than do their job correctly. I love stopping by to chat with former coworkers and get a good chuckle over how they're tired of constant client complaints.
Tell me, how does one expect to retain clients and patients when they send out bills for labwork that was paid in full? Supposedly it was a "glitch" but it's still happening.
