Which Director should go first?










Gia- she is the one thing that gets in my way daily. You try to tell her something isn’t working and she is so out of touch with the ability to run a business that she doesn’t want to hear it. It’s a shame and very sad for the business and our loyal customers. Nice person maybe to meet at a bar, but no business or people skills. Ken only keeps her because of their forbidden past.
 






Oh let me count the reasons each of these 3 should go

1. Jeremy Webb. Everything he does is an epic failure. He is so full of himself. DSO Team. Thanks for that brilliant idea. Now we have less access than ever in DSO accounts. S&T 2.0? Oh wonderful. Thanks for the data that is so useless and makes me waste my time talking about products that are irrelevant to these offices. The data is an embarrassment.

2. Herb: What does he do again? A director that manages a team of 1?

Bill: He is so kind, but keeps reps on that are NOT working. It is amazing how little work his most tenured members do. And he believes the lies they tell him about access. I’m sorry, but if 10-20 years in a territory has garnered you no luck with access, you should be replaced. How sad that GSK pays a certain rep to basically make only denture presentations to half of their territory.

Herb lost most of that team in a month. How can they justify paying him for 1 person?

As for the Bill/l- that team is useless. Overpaid lunch providers

The schools team is a complete joke. This is a part time job if that. Try and ask them for help! They are so busy and get back to you days later. They aren't busy, they aren't working!
They never have solutions and offer little help. They all need to be let go. They have been getting paid long enough for doing nothing.
 


Counting down the hours for the call tomorrow. I'm praying Gia is gone. I blame her for so many of the company's problems. We need a new person who is positive and can lead. We have a lot of potential to do great things with the right people. I have my champagne on stand by.
