I'll start..I do

"Let's promote people to manager who were great reps but have zero people skills"

What I don't get is how can a manager have 8 plus employees leaving/fired (most of which they hired) in a year and yet they are still employed.

This company really does not have a clue when it comes to the simple fact the best reps shouldn't necessarily be managers.
 




Completely agree! When 8 reps have left the same region in less than 18 months, you would think executive management would start to look at the common denominator. Multiple exit interviews point directly toward the manager, but still nothing is changed. Makes you wonder...
 








You can certainly tell the work force isn't happy, that's for sure. CP was a ghost town until about 12-18 months ago.

CP tends only to get busy as problems start arising and employees get upset.
 




Another question to add to the thread would be, how many RSD's would actually stand up for their rep vs. throwing them under the bus to save their ass. Lets face it, once their number declines, it automatically becomes the reps fault regardless of delays, inventory shortage etc. We have yet to have anyone with balls of steel to stand up to these bozo's running this company. What we have is a bunch of dipwads bending over asking for another. Such a joke
 












Lets face it, all the RSD's are nothing but punk bitches. Not one will ever utter the truth about the real problems/issues we face each day out in the field. The bow down to the king behind the throne and swallow every syllable he spews out. Their all nothing but a bunch of pillow bitters
