If upper management really wants to show leadership they need to name the new CIO ASAP none of this crap about looking etc. Name Mike or John NOW. If one gets it in 4 months or something what will they have done between now and then that will make a difference?

I think so too. He will be a better choice than others. I'd rather have a leader that is direct than the one that stabs you in the back like MF and others.
