This thread is probably the same 1 or 2 people posting. I’ve had zero turnover in the district I’m in and I’ve been here for two years! My manager is great and I love my job. Look at CR’s LinkedIn and you’ll realize he didn’t have the experience to run a sales force. Vanda pays reps extremely well considering some have no pharma experience, if you don’t like vanda, I dare you to go to big pharma where you’ll have DEI shoved down your throat and promotions are made based on your pronouns. Or you can sit through a big pharma DEI workshop where they tell you you’re inherently racist because you’re white. I’ll stick with Vanda any day where they don’t intrude on your personal freedoms
