It is much cheaper to slowly push people out with performance plans, and then dissolve the territory than it is to give severance. If it doesn’t happen quick enough there will surely be a round of layoffs coming very soon. They will act like nothing is happening at your upcoming POA, then you will slowly see people with the most tenure be pushed out because they have base salaries higher than 2 new hires.
