Why are so many leaving?

Well that’s a Wrap! Q1 is over and no one made shit in bonus. Nothing done to ensure people get their rightfully earned bonus. Most are making nothing it was designed that way. An impossible made up calculated pile of horse shit. There will be many vacancies coming in the next 3-4 weeks - mass exodus. It’s the worst it’s ever been here and I’ve witnessed so much change over the past few years.

if ppl aren’t making Bonus they will leave and they should it’s as simple as that. A properly structured Bonus Incentive Plan will provide for 80-90% to be able to achieve the Goal set. And if that’s not the case then it was designed so no one could achieve it.
 








Why are so many people leaving? Are you serious? You either don’t work here, you don’t know anyone who works here, or you’re an incompetent newcomer who hasn’t networked with anyone. Everyone is waiting for the door to close, reps, management, and leadership. Everyone has their resume ready and are constantly looking and interviewing. If you don’t know why people are leaving you shouldn’t even be in this industry. Can’t read the writing on the wall? There’s barely a wall left to write on.

Im not new to this business but am curious when any why is the company closing? I’m interviewing for a position and have concerns and the hiring manager seems “ off “.

I had my final interview with Novartis for their Allergy expansion on Friday, I’m pretty sure I’ve got it. Does anyone know if Kaleo managers are interviewing there? I’m in Western part of the country and am hoping for any credible info. My interview was with a director from Cali and said there is no manager yet.

MY WIFE KNOWS THE HR DIRECTOR WELL AND WAS TOLD THEY HAVE 38 APPLICANTS FROM KALEO.

Pay range for Novartis Allergy?
Looking for 175 and have interview coming up need to know range and culture.
 


Resigning tomorrow moving to much higher base salary and a bonus structure that is fair, honest and realistic goals I’m excited and ready to shut the door on this shit hole place.
