what happened to them ? Why are they in trouble ?

not sure outside incompetent ownership, management with their own self serving agendas, no commercial contracts, me too product, operations that is untouchable and immature, reps that send specimens to other labs to get paid more, nepotism,
other then that we really can't put our finger on it.

When you treat your doctors, their staff, their patients, and your own employees like they are actually doing YOU a favor by "giving" you samples,
This is what you get!
Next time, don't think you and your egos are bigger than the whole. You ran the company into the ground and there's a lesson there. Hope you learn from it.
