Because Quintiles is under-resourced and employees can't keep up with the volume of work placed on them, as well as having to work with inept systems and the lack of tools to complete responsibilities. Employees are pushing work through as quintiles has placed quantity above quality. Departments that are short-staffed are told they should not tell other departments of severe resourcing issues. The lack of leadership and good business practices has caught up. Quintiles is a mess and they can't hide it anymore.
Agreed. The overload of workers was great when I was there. And due to mass exodus of workers, the workers left behind are promoted who may not have the experience needed to run the ship for example project management.

Quintiles Project Management is a deterrent to the entire company. Generally speaking, project managers are antagonistic and do not work harmoniously with the other teams at Quintiles. They lack the understanding of required processes. Over, Quintiles project management has created a hostile work environment.
