Why different rules for different people

While we are all being pushed to show up in office two senior leaders in TLT (Joyce Lee and Rowena Yeo) for whom majority of their stakeholders and team members are in US are operating from the comforts of their homes in Singapore. Why is no one questioning that.

Its besides the point that both a extremely ineffective leaders that have driven no change and looked good when the bar for JJT was so low in previous CIO era.

OP you can pretend to work in the office vs at home now. I'm sorry you'll have less time to run errands during the week now.

Because that’s always been the way the world works. The higher you go the more rules you dictate and the less you follow.
