I look back on the InVentiv days with longing. The amount of respect given to the sales force now has to be at an all time low. If I hear “What have you changed...” one more time I’m may go ballistic. WTF has Management changed? Oh, I know, they treat us with disrespect and blame even more things on us. It started with the POS car I’ve been driving for 2 months.( it’s not free, We have to pay for a portion ). Possibly the worst vehicle I have ever been given to drive in my Pharma career. Fortunately I had “options”. I can only imagine those who did not. Turn over is still astronomical and they just don’t seem to care. And on Friday we got our goals. Could they be any less motivating? I had a career high week and was still tracking below goal. It just seems like they have taken everything The Bicycle Guy said and did the opposite. I’m not going to say it starts at the top but definitely that next level needs to be looked at. Our RBMs only do what they are told. Some with a little too much gusto
