Are you kidding? Why would any jnj employee be dumb enought to voluntarily give up such a free ride? This part-time job gives reps an amazing salary and bonus, top notch healthcare and benefits, a fully-paid car and gas for family use, paid cell phone, internet, office expenses, free meals, a great expense account, and all the freedom and time to devote to a second business. Who would be crazy enough to give all this up? Let jnj keep downsizing, laying off, and giving severance packages when they want to get rid of the reps. Jnj will be signing reps paychecks for years to come. Everyone I know is planning on coasting and riding this out till retirement.
