I was contacted by a recruiter regarding a position on the east coast of Florida. I noticed on the website many openings. Can you comment on the openings and what the Florida market place like.

Who in their right mind would sell this shit...the company is run by a bunch of clowns in Utica who only want to keep Corsanti happy and have ZERO clue about the industry......and their management and distributors are the laughing stock of the industry, all their top distributors are long gone....

Almost all of their top distributors are gone. One more is going to quit very shortly, and probably end up being a distributor for Arthrex.

I have to disagree with the statement that most or all of good distributors are gone. There are still a few that seem to be sincere in their efforts to keep this sinking ship afloat and are working hard to make a difference. The problem is that the lack of communication, lack of a realistic plan and general lack of any leadership has caused even these top performers to start to disengage. Many of them see the writing on the wall and are trying to rebuild their businesses around other lines. Who can blame them when the people closest to the emperor still tell him what he wants to hear rather than the dismal truth that his plan is failing and the sad sales numbers, ridiculously high turnover and feeling of hopelessness in the field organization is proof. Instead they are still telling everyone in the field that the problems are all the fault of sales and that they should ignore the man behind the curtain. SRS Conmed suture passer Yknot.....you have got to be kidding. Give us all a break try to embrace reality for the sake of everyone involved.

Unfortunately, the situation inside the company is similar. No leadership, no communication of goals, no realistic vision of where this company should be headed. Sad fate for what used to be a good company.

This former employee, fired because coaches are afraid of their employees and bosses. Everyone takes the easy way out of situations. Fire 1 good English speaking employee over 5 lying non English speaking employees is so much easier. I worked in a department where 90% spoke non-English. It is against company policy to speak anything but English on the work floor. How does an entire department end up with 90% of it's employees unable to speak or understand English? Filter out English speaking employees. Cowardly coaches who enforce policy only when it's convenient. Trainers, the very people responsible for conveying how to do the job properly, unable to explain the process in fluent English. And when you ask for clarification, they scream at you in foreign language and report you as a trouble maker and sabotage your work. Eventually they won, I was fired, for an error I supposedly made, on a process I was not signed off on, as being able to do. These are the most evil human beings I have ever had to deal with in my life. Am I capable of this error? of course, but I have a serious doubt on if I did. This item touched at least 5 other hands after me...hmmm perhaps the 5 non English speakers referred to above. Is this company a bad company to work for? YES
