With zero impact on Trelegy revenue from a top heavy sales force, why does the company insist on keeping this business unit alive?

Every GSK employee in my district is begging for a package at this point. We are doing the absolute bare minimum. Literally 75% of our region is Syneos now. For the love of god, please pull the plug already!

Why wait?
 


Marketing has done a phenomenal job reimagining our e-detail. I feel completely reinvigorated! I showed it to my customers today and it really resonated with them. $10 Billion goal, here we come.

when you give 50 grand raises to nucala reps to make 2 calls per day you invite lazy entitle. When managers allow split territories when reps whine about driving so the can be paid full time for only three days work you invite laziness. I’ve never seen anything like a company that pays ppl not to work and managers who will not hold their sales ppl accountable!!!!!

Yup....and several now at AZ. Just look at Boston. Guy is a complete joke. Manages to his boss yet brings zero value to the team he manages. A mindset he must have learned at GSK.

Two calls a day. That's realistic in most markets especially if the calls are impactful which most calls are probably falsified to some extent.
 


We got a new manager in the NW. she lives in Medford with a family. Give me a break, she's definitely in Medford more than say in Seattle. Where do they find these people.

Probably because she emotionally intelligent enough to know that the access in Seattle sucks. And since when does a family have any impact on one's job capability?
