I remember Winston from his primary care days. I never worked with him. He appears to be a nice guy. What region will he cover?

I rode in the field with him last year when he was still the Western Regional Training Manager. He is a really nice guy with a lot of good experience. Should be an excellent DM.

Correction. He was already once a DM and not a very good one then. What makes you think this demotion will make him better.

Could he be any worse than most. The majority are useless.

He's also the ONLY person with an MBA that I've ever met who introduces himself as "Winston Langston MBA"...wtf?

Must be the first to go to college from his family...

Some good basic management skills, I guess, but believes he is much better than he really is. As the only thing he can close...is a door...certainly not a physician on why they should use his drug.

Just remember...those that can really sell stay in sales. Those that can't become managers!
