Working for i3

A job is what you make of it. It depends whether you are working directly for i3 or oursourced and what country you are in. My experience in the UK (outsourced) is that we are told to work contracted hours and no more without prior approval, treated fairly and with respect.

I have worked for i3 for 5 yrs... as a Sr CRA and Lead CRA in project management. Its a great place to work. I have (at times) worked 60-70 hrs in a week, but that takes into account the airline issues as well. My regional manager is 2nd to none. My only complaint is the operating systems are a little outdated. i3 is in need of newer software, and systems to make the regional CRA's life run a little smoother.
