Working or not?








I think the problem was the method of "not working"
cold-cocking 40% of the sales force and thinking there would be no ramifications is insane.
I know for the practitioners in my former area are NEVER writing a PharmaDerm product again. Sorry - it is about relationships not the product.

More and more practitioners are saying they will never write another Pharmanderm product again......it's happening everywhere
 












Take it from someone in the field. My Derms are tired of new reps coming in when they have established relationships with the prior rep. Now let me quantify that by saying this happens in this industry and they understand that but to the tune of 4 optimizations in 3 three years. Many of my Derms flat out have told me this is getting ridiculous. Also besides having relationships with prior reps who were let go they had strong relationships with the DM's and former Head of Sales and I dont just mean like "hi" I mean many of my Derms know certain people's kids names and truly have solid relationships based on mutual respect. I am very concerened as my Rx are dropping. So here we no longer promote brands that we got our Derms to Rx. We just literally shut them out and now have restructured yet again the force. Couple that with none of these new guys having relationships in Derm and well you now have what you have. It is obvious people we are getting out of Derm and that might actually be a good thing becasue we have shot ourselves in the foot.

Don't worry, we'll do another re-structure 3 months from now, fire a bunch of reps and DM's, put some other snake oil product at the top of our list and promote it off-label, stop promoting anything that actually sells, announce we have a new president and start all over again.....
 




You mean there are people that are actually still "trying" to get there 8 signatures a day? Seriously, That is the biggest piece of crap logic there is. I used to get 8 before noon and float the rest of the day. If you think getting 8 calls is selling you have NO flipping brain! Seriously, could there be any more myopic, approach to selling sh!tty products?
