Anyone else sick of these workshops? I feel like we’re all lying to ourselves by saying we’re “getting better” during this time. But.. as long as we know the Lead Model we will all be COE. Lol even the nft’s know it is garbage yet still have to present it.

Take this time to apply for other positions to get out while you can. Nothing is promised still. KPA has been talking about landing a new product for years now after the disaster decision to launch SEG and ignore the now generic cash cow Livalo. Missing out of hundreds of millions of Livalo revenue because of the upper management failures.

Old timer here. I too thought LEAD was a waste of time but I am actually getting a lot out of it. If you’re not, maybe pay closer attention.
