KM is single handedly destroying Vanda. He’s a CFO that is in charge of running the sales force. A group that he completely despises. The board of directors and large shareholders need to look into this. One of the reasons the stock price is so low is because of Mr. Moran. A control freak with no sales experience telling sales leaders what to do. Constantly late to most meetings, beyond arrogant, unprofessional, and doesn’t trust sales leadership to make any decisions. He’s unwilling to collaborate with the VP of Sales and is making the company look silly. Stick to accounting Kevin and let those who know better do their jobs. You need to get out of the way. Time to trust those around you and begin listening to them. You make everyone at Vanda miserable.
