KS from the Midwest is the biggest nightmare of a manager. Clear mental health issues. Can’t do the job so attacks employees. Can’t keep a full team for more than a year. Constantly runs people off. An HR nightmare. The company is actually not much better. Don’t expect an ounce of work-life balance. Expect to be micromanaged to the highest degree. Oh and don’t take the job for the $65k they will offer you. Others are making over $100k base salary, but now with all the turnover they are trying to hire at horrible wages.
